Facts

Abha is a city 980km southwest of Riyadh situated at an elevation of 2270 m (7,500 feet) above sea level giving it a relatively moderate climate. It has become a mountain retreat and vacation spot for people from across Saudi Arabia and the other Arabian Gulf countries.
According to 2010 census figures it has a population of 366,551.
The Saudi government has been promoting Abha as a tourist destination and has created events, such as the Abha Festival during the summer, to draw people to the city. Events are organized to attract visitors to discover the city and its surroundings, such as sporting events, shows, exhibitions and musical performances by famous Arabic poets and singers.
A visit to Abha City offers attractions such as Al Muftaha village, Shada Palace, Visitors Center, Tuesday’s traditional market place and a cable car ride.

Tour Details
By plane. A two day, one night trip where you will explore Asser’s archeological and historical sites. You will visit Shadda Palace, Al Mafteheh village, Al Habalah (Hanging Village/Village of Rope) riding the telepherique (cable car), Alma village, Soudah Park, a traditional souk
and the Visitor’s Centre with Turkish Fort in the National Park. You will stay in a local hotel on half board

Itinerary

7:15 departure from Riyadh to Abha
8:30 arrival time, you will find the hotel driver waiting for you in there airport and start your city tour in Abha city
· ShaddaPalace old building as museum
· Al Mafteheh new villager and panting gallery and some shop
· Tuesday market very nice souk you found sales women
12:00 pm check in the hotel
12:30 lunch and rest
3:30 pm start afternoon tour stop by
· Al Habalah the hanging village by cable car 35km from the hotel
· Bin Hamsan Heritage Village in Kkamiss Mushat dinner served in the village
8:00 pm back to the hotel

At sunset time ends your day tour.

Fees: 460 SAR, includes transfer, snacks and tour guide English speaking.

7:30 am breakfast in the hotel
9:00 am drive by cars toRijal Alma Heritage village see the baboons on the way
11:00 am free walk in SaudahPark very nice to spend time walking on the walk track and see the baboons.
12:30 pm lunch in the hotel
3:30pm check-out
Stop by the National park in Abha very nice museum , the fort and park.
4:30 pm drive to the airport
