A visit to Abha offers attractions archeological and historical sites  in Asser"s province such as Shadda Palace, Al Mafteheh village, Al Habalah (Hanging Village/Village of Rope) riding the telepherique (cable car), Rijal Alma village, Soudah Park, a traditional souk, visitor"s centre and  Turkish fort at the National Park.
